how do we bring it to life?
Leonart provides a full architectural design service, including planning permissions, party wall agreements, and construction drawings, all handled in collaboration with our trusted partner architects.
Interior design is led by Caterina, our expert designer and project manager. Trained in the Italian tradition and educated in Florence, she creates bespoke designs tailored to the vision of each and every client.
Caterina and Giuseppe have extensive expertise in creating unique, client-specific interiors. Our past projects take in a range of contexts, from luxury residential spaces to high-end hospitality environments.
We source high-quality materials to fit each client’s taste and budget. Sustainable builds are one of our specialisms. We can incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly materials (such as clay plaster, cork flooring and lime-based finishes), and we can also creatively reuse existing materials. This minimises waste and reduces the project’s environmental impact.
Our design solutions are rooted in the client’s lifestyle and preferences. We create spaces that are not just beautiful, but functional. You’ll never have to compromise one for the other.
This commitment doesn’t stop after the design phase. We communicate regularly with all our clients, providing regular updates throughout the entire process. You’ll always be informed about the progress of your build.
