Our project management service is usually offered as part of our Full Build and Design services, but it’s also available as a standalone option.

Project management is led by Caterina, our design expert. Caterina has extensive experience in interior design, and a background in the luxury residential and hospitality sectors. She takes a hands-on approach, making sure that every single detail is meticulously planned and executed—not just meeting client expectations, but exceeding them.
Our strong network of relationships with trusted subcontractors means that quality and reliability are always assured. Every task in the process is carried out with the same care and attention to detail, for a seamless result.
All our projects adhere to industry standards. Our subcontractor agreements follow established models, such as JCT contracts, for maximum transparency and professional trust.
Caterina’s detailed planning ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. Nothing is left to chance, and variables such as planning permission are always factored in.
All projects are covered by long-term warranties; coverage varies depending on the project. We provide ongoing post-completion support to our clients, quickly and effectively addressing any issues or adjustments that may arise.
We keep our clients furnished with regular updates. Weekly site meetings are a key part of our process. For off-site clients, we offer video walkthroughs and comprehensive photos.
At every stage of the process, we provide a clear and detailed cost breakdown. Our clients never have to wonder where their money is going.
