how do we bring it to life?
At Leonart, we offer end-to-end construction services, from site preparation to project completion and post-project support. We are experienced in handling complex residential builds as well as bespoke hospitality projects.
All projects are led by Caterina, our interior design expert, and Giuseppe, our construction and technical specialist. We work closely with a network of trusted subcontractors to deliver excellence in every aspect, at every stage of the process.
Giuseppe is our project management lead. He coordinates all aspects of the build, including hiring subcontractors. Giuseppe sources materials and construction solutions that will be the best fit for the client’s budget and needs. He keeps every client fully informed with weekly updates: site meetings, video calls, and detailed reports.
Leonart has a strong, established international network of trusted subcontractors. We work closely with reliable partners to ensure that each task is carried out to the highest standard. We use industry-standard subcontractor agreements, such as JCT contracts, for transparency and trust.
Our builds can incorporate a number of eco-friendly building practices. We can source and use high-quality sustainable materials, such as reclaimed wood and ‘green’ flooring. We can also creatively repurpose leftover material: for example, using surplus wood in creative ways.
We take a forward-thinking approach to sustainable building. Our focus is on reducing long-term environmental impact, rather than short-term trends.
