Set in the heart of St John’s Wood, this luxury apartment was fully reimagined through a complete refurbishment and interior design collaboration. The goal was to bring refined comfort, elevated finishes, and timeless sophistication to every corner of the home.
We worked closely with a talented interior designer to deliver a seamless and elegant space, where technical precision and visual softness meet.
The apartment required a full renovation, from the floor structure to the ceiling. Every surface and element needed to be redesigned and rebuilt to meet a high-end brief.
Key to the project was the integration of bespoke joinery, concealed detailing, and premium materials sourced primarily from Italy, all while ensuring the functionality and comfort of a contemporary city home.
We began by reconstructing the entire floor structure and installing a new false ceiling, allowing us to discreetly incorporate a layered lighting scheme that brought atmosphere and sophistication to the interiors. Elegant track lighting and continuous LED perimeter lighting were carefully placed to create a soft, welcoming glow throughout the apartment.
One of the centrepieces of the project was the installation of exquisite Italian chevron flooring, a true standout element for its craftsmanship, quality, and timeless appeal. To add depth and warmth, we installed wall panelling throughout, blending beautifully with the soft lighting and adding a tailored, inviting feel to the space.
We also integrated a built-in air conditioning system and supplied and installed Italian flush doors (Raso Muro), perfectly aligned with the walls and panelling to achieve a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
All second-fix materials and furnishings were carefully selected and sourced from Italy, reflecting the client’s trust in Italian design and quality. The result is a home that feels refined, contemporary, and deeply personal.
This apartment is a celebration of detail and material harmony. The collaboration with the interior designer allowed us to push creative and technical boundaries, delivering a bespoke space with character and soul.
Every element—down to the flush doors and elegant lighting, was designed to serve both form and function, with craftsmanship at its core. The final result is a calm, elegant residence where Italian quality meets London refinement.
