This luxury apartment in Baker Street was fully reconfigured and renovated to deliver a warm, elegant, and highly functional home. Our client had a clear appreciation for Italian craftsmanship and materials, and trusted us to manage the full transformation—blending structural work with thoughtful interior design.
In collaboration with an interior designer, we reimagined the apartment to maximise space, comfort, and performance, while keeping every detail in line with the client’s refined taste.
The existing layout was outdated and compartmentalised, limiting the natural flow of the space. The client wanted a modern, open-plan layout, improved technical performance (especially thermal and plumbing), and the introduction of bespoke, high-quality finishes sourced primarily from Italy.
We began by reconfiguring the entire internal layout, opening the living and dining areas into a single flowing space by installing a steel structural beam—creating a brighter, more open and inviting central hub.
We also designed and built three brand-new bathrooms, carefully planned around the new layout to maximise functionality and flow. Alongside this, we carried out a complete plumbing upgrade to ensure high water pressure and reliability throughout the home.
New windows were installed to improve thermal performance, enhancing both energy efficiency and overall comfort.
Throughout the project, we worked hand-in-hand with the interior designer to deliver a timeless aesthetic, combining natural textures, tailored lighting, and a palette that reflects Italian style and softness.
At present, we are in the final stages of completing the site with bespoke joinery and furnishings, continuing our client’s vision for a home that is both luxurious and highly liveable.
